- a credit card number with expiry date and contact phone number, email
address and home address are required for reservation
- all stays are conditional on us being able to obtain a credit card pre-
authorization
- we accept visa, mastercard, American express
- in the event of cancellation we need 72 hours notice for up to 2 night stays
and ten days cancellation for all other stays otherwise the agreed upon
charges will be deducted from your credit card
- we do not charge an administration fee
- check - in time is after 4:30 pm,
check–out time before 11 am
- the guest is required to contact the owner by telephone at 613 545 1543
on arrival so that the suite can be opened
- children over 8 years of age welcome
- we accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests per suite as we offer 1
Queensize bedroom and 2 Davenports in the living room
the third and fourth guest are charged $ 29 per person per night
- if more than 2 guests are envisaged please inform us 72 hours in advance so
we can prepare extra linen and towels
- The Queensize bed is prepared on arrival. Additional guests must make up there own bed with the provided
linen on the Davenports
- we provide maid service every 3 days if you decide to stay more than one
night
- maid service is conducted between 11 am and 4 pm
- emergency entry : the owner may enter the unit without notice if it is believed
necessary for the safety of the facility, the building or the premises or its
contents
- the guest agrees that the guest is fully liable for any damages to the suite and
property or any other loss incurred by the proprietor due to the negligence of
the guest or any member of the guest’s party and initial costs will immediately
be charged to the provided credit card
- our lovely wooden floors are not suitable for the wear and tear of high heels
please resist them during your stay
- please do not take dining chairs in the ground floor suites outside; you will
find other seating arrangements if you wish to sit or eat outside
- the owner shall not be liable to the guest or any member of their party for
loss or damage to person or property during the use of all the premises
- parking is included free of charge
- we are a non smoking facility
- we do not allow candles or aroma candles in the suites
- our facility is not suitable for pets
- if you reserve a suite you agree to be bound to all the terms and conditions
outlined in our policy statement
